1. What Is 19 Pool?
19 Pool is a golf league management platform that helps commissioners organize fantasy-style golf leagues, assign players to PGA Tour teams, track standings, and communicate with league members. 19 Pool is a software tool only — it does not operate a gambling service, lottery, or financial product of any kind.
2. No Financial Services
19 Pool does not collect, hold, process, transfer, or distribute money on behalf of any user. Any entry fees, prize pools, or monetary arrangements within a league exist solely between the league commissioner and its members. 19 Pool has no access to, responsibility for, or liability relating to those funds under any circumstances.
3. Commissioner Responsibility
The commissioner of each league is solely responsible for all financial and administrative decisions within their league, including but not limited to: collecting entry fees, maintaining pot funds, distributing winnings, and resolving disputes. 19 Pool does not vet, certify, or endorse any commissioner.
4. Player Acknowledgment for Paid Leagues
If you join a league with an entry fee, you acknowledge that you are doing so based on a personal relationship of trust with your commissioner. You have independently verified the commissioner's identity and trustworthiness. 19 Pool is not a party to any financial agreement between you and your commissioner, and cannot mediate, recover, or compensate for any funds in dispute.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or participate in any league on 19 Pool. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your participation complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Service Fee
19 Pool reserves the right to charge a service fee of up to 3% of any transaction facilitated through the platform in connection with future payment features. Any fee will be clearly disclosed before it is applied. Current functionality does not include payment processing, and no fees are charged at this time.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use 19 Pool to engage in fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and joining leagues.
8. Scores & Data Accuracy
PGA Tour scores and standings displayed within 19 Pool are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. 19 Pool makes no guarantee of accuracy and shall not be liable for decisions made based on score data shown in the app.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to operate the service (name, email address, league membership). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your email address may be used to send league-related communications and service notices. By creating an account you consent to this use.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
19 Pool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 19 Pool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will notify you within the app and require renewed acceptance before you can continue using the service. Continued use after acceptance of updated terms constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
